Studio 4 is situated off a large courtyard accessed from the back of the house. The studio has a courtyard view. Perfect accommodation for an individual or couple who are exploring the Cape Peninsula. A 1 minute walk from SAMTRA.

This is a heritage home that has been caringly repaired over many months. You'll find the hosts consistently working on the home and garden. Studios 2, 3 and 4 share access from the shared courtyard. The hosts & owners (Alex and Nic) stay in Studio 1 accessed from a separate entrance. The studios are situated at the back of the villa which has three deluxe en suite rooms.
